SOFOS FINANCESOFOS FINANCE

SOFOS FINANCE / PUBLIC OVERVIEW / NOVEMBER 2026

Financial intent.
Qualified action.
Verified outcome.

A mission-led financial workbench connecting the objective, qualification, scoped execution request and resulting evidence.

A clear division of responsibility.

SOFOS / SDBB

Coordinate the mission, context, decisions and evidence.

QUONTA / QPU

Provide the trust and qualification interface.

KOSMEUM / KPU

Supply financial knowledge, rules and capabilities.

QIOS is the overall QUONTA Intelligence Operating System. UNIVERSAL / UPU represents the platform execution role; authorised financial services retain their own approval, operational and settlement responsibilities.

From objective to observed outcome.

  1. Mission: state the financial objective and bind the proposed terms.
  2. Context: assemble the participants, constraints and domain capabilities.
  3. Qualification: assess the applicable permission, policy and validity.
  4. Execution: issue a scoped request through an authorised interface.
  5. Outcome: distinguish request acceptance, execution and settlement evidence.
  6. Records: retain the request, decisions, exceptions and review history.

PROPOSED INSTITUTIONAL DEPLOYMENT

Your institution. Your sovereign environment.

Bank staff and applications interface with SDBB mission capabilities through an institution-controlled sovereign server. Integrations connect identity, approval, compliance and transaction systems. Banks and authorised providers retain execution and settlement control.

The SDBB concept may be configured as an appliance, server software or a combined deployment. The current demonstration is not connected to a sovereign server or banking system.

The first worked mission.

A fictional USD 50,000 supplier payment illustrates a successful path and four exceptions: rejected qualification, expired authority, mismatched provider response and delivery still awaiting confirmation. No progress indicator substitutes for a returned check result.

CURRENT RELEASEA local research and demonstration prototype. Bank authorisation, provider responses and settlement are simulated. No real funds move; no identity screening, AML/KYC determination or regulatory approval is claimed.

Local browser records and an optional same-origin Node mock backend are available. Production authentication, financial providers, signed evidence and governed deployment require separate integration.
